Mundo Unico, a leading apparel brand, faced growing challenges in tracking garments throughout their lifecycle — from manufacturing to warehouse dispatch and final retail sale.

The manual tracking system and delayed Siesa ERP updates often resulted in inaccurate inventory data, inefficient dispatch validation, and weak theft control at store exits.

The brand needed a seamlessly integrated RFID-based system to automate serialization, improve operational efficiency, and prevent loss, all while maintaining synchronization with their Siesa ERP without disrupting existing workflows.

The DreamzCMMS Solution

DreamzCMMS implemented a complete Rfid-Enabled Asset And Item Management Solution that connected the production floor, warehouses, and retail stores under one unified system.

The system was designed to cover the entire garment lifecycle, including:

• Bulk Serialization: Each product is RFID-tagged and linked to a Siesa production order, ensuring traceability from manufacturing.
• Dispatch & Receive: Using C71/C72 and Zebra RFID handhelds, warehouse teams can validate items against Siesa orders and update the ERP in real-time during transfer to stores.
• Move Out (Sell): At checkout, Chafon CF600 desktop readers automatically mark items as “Sold” in DreamzCMMS and Siesa, ensuring smooth updates and theft control synchronization.
• Theft Control: Fixed RFID readers connected to Android devices monitor store exits and trigger alerts for unsold items, preventing unauthorized removals.

This closed-loop RFID solution enabled Mundo Unico to digitize operations from production to sale, improving visibility, accuracy, and security.
