The Challenge

Polco manages thousands of industrial assets and equipment across hundreds of locations. The manual asset management process led to delays in tracking, verification errors, and missing records during dispatch and receipt.

With more than 42,000 products and nearly 8,000 assets spread across 296 locations, it became increasingly difficult to maintain real-time visibility, ensure accurate dispatch and receive records, and prevent duplication or asset misplacement.

The team needed a single digital platform to automate these operations and improve accountability across all sites.

The DreamzCMMS Solution

DreamzCMMS implemented a cloud-based RFID Asset Tracking System to automate Polco’s asset management lifecycle—from asset creation to dispatch and receipt.

The solution included the Enquiry module for managing internal asset requests and the Dispatch & Receive module for tracking movement between locations. Assets were bulk-uploaded from the web application, with RFID codes auto-generated directly within the system.

Using the ZPL Print App, Polco’s team could instantly print RFID labels and tag each asset. This digitized approach enabled fast tagging, efficient tracking, and seamless reconciliation across all operational sites.
