Equipment and important areas can be pointed on an interactive floor plan in the system.
These floor plans are easily accessible from the system anywhere, anytime. It provides the flexibility to the technician to identify the equipment location easily and to attend to it immediately. This removes inefficiency in the maintenance process by avoiding loss of time in searching for the equipment.
The customer was happy with an easy solution to meet compliance needs. And they were utilizing the Floor Plan feature to locate required equipment easily in the system.
