• RFID Serialization: Assets created in DreamzCMMS are automatically assigned unique RFID codes. Operators can bulk-serialize items using handheld scanners for faster production processing.
• Dispatch & Receive Process: RFID scanning enables real-time movement tracking from factory to warehouse or retail stores. Discrepancies trigger system alerts for immediate resolution.
• Excel Import for Orders: Support for Excel-based order import ensures flexibility for manual batch uploads while maintaining accurate synchronization with Siesa.
• Bulk Asset Creation: Simplified creation of multiple assets per production order with automated RFID tagging for streamlined traceability.
