The Challenge

Min And Mon is a fast-growing fashion brand known for its creative footwear and accessories, selling through both online (Shopify) and physical retail stores.

The brand faced challenges in maintaining accurate real-time inventory between the Shopify storefront and physical stock, often leading to discrepancies in product availability and dispatch errors.

Manual reconciliation between store sales and online orders was time-consuming and prone to human error. Min And Mon needed an integrated RFID and Shopify synchronization solution to unify product data, automate move-out (sales) updates, and streamline operations across online and offline channels.

The DreamzCMMS Solution

DreamzCMMS implemented a Shopify-Integrated RFID Asset Tracking System that unified the brand’s product management, order processing, and inventory tracking under one platform.

The system ensures that every product—from creation to sale—is traceable, whether sold online or in-store.

Key solution features included:

• Shopify Integration: Configured DreamzCMMS to connect with Shopify via API credentials (Public Access Token, API Key, Secret Key, Store URL, and API Version) for secure synchronization.
• Product Synchronization: Shopify products are automatically synced as DreamzCMMS products or equipment (based on configuration), with optional RFID serialization for detailed tracking.
• RFID Serialization: Bulk RFID generation and tagging for all items, ensuring traceability through manufacturing, warehouse, and retail workflows.
• Order Synchronization: Shopify orders sync automatically with DreamzCMMS, keeping both systems aligned in real time.
• Move Out (Sell) Automation: When products are sold in-store or moved out using the DreamzCMMS RFID app, an order is automatically created in Shopify, updating the available inventory instantly.
• Location Mapping: Shopify store and DreamzCMMS locations are mapped for accurate stock-level tracking and distribution alignment.
• Shopify “Saved Cart” Integration: For stores using POS or pre-order workflows, the system can create a “Saved Cart” in Shopify rather than an order, giving flexibility in checkout management.

This end-to-end integration eliminated duplicate data entry, improved sales synchronization, and provided a unified, real-time view of inventory across all channels.
