Client is a Infrastructure Asset Management Consulting Firm, primarily focused in infrastructure asset verification, condition assessments, and audits for private and public sectors.
Client was using a traditional asset management system. It did not support modern tools for asset verification, condition assessment and audits. They were looking for a centralized digital record keeping for all their projects. They want to prepare insightful reports for the customers.
Client implemented DreamzCMMS which provided a centralized digital record for Asset. Also it provides Asset Identification and Verifications, Asset tracking with RFID and QR Labels, Asset Purchase and Warranty Information. This information is accessible over mobile devices, allowing users to access asset records while dealing with their equipment firsthand.
Asset condition assessments involve monitoring assets periodically. Using the data collected from those inspections determines the condition of each asset. The analysis of inspection data may show that an asset needs preventative maintenance . Preventive maintenance ensure that the asset meets the expected useful life.
Asset Verification and Tagging are the vital part of security and risk mitigation in today’s fast-moving world. It plays major role when financial misappropriation is on the rise. With high capital expenditure for a growing number of compliance requirements, appropriate inventory records should be maintained. And also Fixed Asset verification is to do meticulously.
Using the Checklist feature of DreamzCMMS, they prepared what was needed to verify and attached it to a work order. The corresponding findings are recorded within the Work Order. Technicians ensured completion of each of the activities in the checklist. Then the technicians updated completion notes, attached images and videos for recordkeeping with digital signature.
The client needed to ensure adherence to applicable statutory laws and regulations. Also they need to keep maintenance records and inspections from the statutory authorities as per requirement.
They easily compiled required reports to meet audit requirements and submit compliance reports. For that they use Maintenance records, inspections and corrective actions taken and recorded by technicians. This helps them compile reports to support statutory requirements such as OSHA.
