DreamzCMMS uses DreamzIoTHub which identifies and captures data from each of the sensors connected to the assets and shares the data with the users. A rule engine creates rules for sensors to take actions based on received data. O&M team can utilize it to keep a continuous tab on equipment which could impact the production line. In such scenarios IoT sensors help you to get actionable information so you can take decisions on asset life and maintenance, thus leading to better production and even better fulfilment of demands.

Secure Blockchain Asset Logs

For critical assets that requires assets logs, secured and data sharing with multiple stakeholders, blockchain security is the solution.

A blockchain is an unchangeable historical record that’s distributed across many nodes. This means that once a record is written to a blockchain, it can’t easily or feasibly be deleted or altered. With Blockchain enabled transaction log, one of the advanced CMMS features of  DreamzCMMS enables the assets to integrate with business processes in a shared and immutable ledger – increasing trust and transparency across ecosystems. DreamzCMMS uses IoT Hub which identifies each asset uniquely and its contents, and capture important data throughout its journey. Added advantage of having DreamzCMMS’s Blockchain enabled solution is that it lets you to fetch accurate and up-to-date information/reports on assets status, movement, location, repair and maintenance.

Nested Preventive Maintenance

The nested PM feature lets you group Preventive Maintenances of different length and complexity together when they are due to occur at the same time.

By nesting your PMs together, you only have one single schedule to manage. The nested PMs determine which tasks are released to the work order based on the schedule. In time-based event, the monthly and annual PMs can be grouped into a single PM. When the monthly PM is due, the nested PM only releases the monthly takes. You can group correlated events together and manage dependencies in one single schedule, and create multiple maintenance orders.

Real Time Asset Valuation

For any asset intensive industry, any and every equipment that functions matters.

DreamzCMMS gives you the opportunity to manage such asset in the solution with globally support depreciation methods such as Straight line, diminishing value and others. Our standard depreciation method follows globally accepted Chart of Accounts for Asset Classification and gives you the flexibility to manage your assets based on their usage and covers complete asset lifecycle. You can take the advantage of our API based solution to integrate with any other accounting solutions such as SAP, SAGE, Quickbooks, Microsoft Dynamics and other to sync with DreamzCMMS.

AI Based Rules Engine

DreamzCMMS has built-in Rule Engine that enables you to monitor your equipment using IoT Sensors and automatically invoke actions for maintenance based on defined rules using sensor parameters.

You can trigger incidents records or maintenance work order directly from configured rules and assign to technicians in O&M. You can now use AI to set M2M rules and invoke actions to take directly from data collected from various IoT sensors. Data captured in real-time enables the execution of triggered events based on If/Then statement configured in the Rules Engine. You can also execute smart IoT Contracts based on different conditions measured and met by sensors.

Floor Plan Asset Tags

DreamzCMMS gives you the flexibility to tag, find and view assets on floor plans.

Now you can upload the floor plan of your facility on DreamzCMMS and start tagging your assets on the floor plan. This feature comes very handy to those in facility / property management industry and have numbers of equipment located at different parts of the facility. For maintenance, sometimes it becomes difficult to locate an equipment on a large facility even though they are well labelled. It becomes a laborious task and consumes a lot of time to find the right equipment. With our interactive labelling system on Floor plan, you can easily search for the equipment on the map and locate them easily for maintenance.

Built-in Video Conferencing

During maintenance work, a technician may need external help, observations and suggestions from OEM or a remote team.

Our built-in video conferencing can help to keep connected to the remote support team or OEM during the maintenance work in progress directly from DreamzCMMS app. You can schedule a call and let the joinees know about it so it will also reflect on their calendar as well. Using professional video conferencing solution integrated you can make numbers of concurrent video calls simultaneously without losing any time. With schedules on calendar and shared with everyone on the maintenance team, makes everyone aware of it and gives better visibility on the process.
